The dishwasher does not start.

The door of the dishwasher is not closed properly. The mains plug is not plugged in. A start delay is selected.

Shut the door. Insert mains plug. Cancel delay start timer if dishes are to be washed immediately.

The dishes are wet and dull.

Rinse aid was not used. The rinse aid container is empty.

Use rinse aid. Refill the rinse aid container.
